Barcelona 1970. Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1993.

Professionally she has developed her career in civil law, and decided to specialise in the art sector. She works as an expert in the legal aspects of works of art for the Art and Law School of the Superior Art Institute in Madrid, and has done a postgraduate course in Contemporary Art Management at the University of Barcelona.

She has continued to update her studies by attending courses, seminars and conferences organised by the Illustrious School of Lawyers of Barcelona, ESADE and the Catalan Government Centre for Law Studies and Specialised Training.

She has been a practising self-employed lawyer since 1993, and founding partner and director of Nial Advocats since its creation in 1997.
